Casey and Jonas’ Engagement Session in Downtown Pittsburgh

I met Casey when she was a bridesmaid in her sister’s wedding that I photographed last summer. It’s a huge honor to be invited back to another wedding in the same family. That’s the only way that I ever want to have a “repeat client” from my wedding couples.

Casey and Jonas met when they were students at the University of West Virginia. Jonas needed a date for an event so he asked Casey, whom he just met just moments before asking her out. Casey turned him down (he was a complete stranger at that point) but sent him an instant message a few days later. Now they live near Washington DC and enjoy their time together trying new restaurants and experiencing the city together.

    What a handsome couple!! Beautiful romantic pictures! I have at least five favorites! The one that has their shadows projected on the pavement is amazing! Beautiful!
