Megan and Tim’s Wedding at St Stanislaus and Heinz History Center
Before every wedding, I ask my clients what they are most excited for on the wedding day. The thing that I least like to hear is “for it to be over” and the thing hear the most is “for it to be HERE!” Tim was most excited for the ceremony, which is a response that I rarely hear from grooms. But he was really excited to be married to Megan.
Megan and Tim had an unseasonably sunny, warm, and beautiful November day for their wedding. Tim’s highlight, the ceremony, was held at St Stanislaus Church in the Strip District of Pittsburgh. Beautiful light was streaming into the church as Megan was escorted down the aisle by her father and her step-father. The reception was held at the Great Hall in the Heinz History Center with catering by Common Plea. They kicked off their dancing party by skipping the traditional first dance and opting instead for the chicken dance. Steve from Rockin’ Bob’s Disc Jockeys provided great musical entertainment all night and the truly unique bouquets were made by Botanical Emporium.
Megan and Tim have big families who were really excited to celebrate with them. Nicki joined me to help capture all of the celebration. Congratulations, Megan and Tim!
