Niki & Rich are married! | Pittsburgh Wedding Photographer

Niki and Rich are huge fans of the Pittsburgh Penguins, who thankfully, did NOT have a playoff game scheduled for Saturday. Amazingly, they both mentioned to me, separately, how they had to miss Friday night’s Game 2 because they were busy having their wedding rehearsal dinner.  It would have been tough for Niki and Rich to choose between a playoff game and their wedding.  I’m kidding, of course!

Though it wasn’t as warm as the other April weekends we’ve been having in Pittsburgh lately, it was a Great Day for a Wedding!

Sadly, Niki has lost some family members, including her father.   These beautiful bouquet charms helped to remember their loved one who are no longer with us.

We made two photo stops after the ceremony including the VERY cold and windy North Shore.  It’s okay, love will keep them warm.

And umbrellas will keep them dry. 

Our final stop before the reception was Allegheny Commons West Park.  The skies were overcast, and the trees, beautiful.

Obviously, they are sports fans, check out the bobble-head cake topper made into their likeness.  So cool!
