Anna and Greg’s Winter Wedding
Ryan and I spent last weekend in lovely, slightly warmer weekend Northern Virginia for Anna and Greg’s wedding. Anna’s mom was a guest at Sara and Nigel’s wedding last year and asked me to photograph her daughter’s wedding this year.
Anna and Greg were married last weekend in Warrenton, Virginia. Their wedding ceremony was at Saint John the Evangelist Church followed by a reception at Alwyngton Manor.
The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Check out that mistletoe in the background.
Pattie, Anna’s mom, presented Anna with a few things old, blue, and borrowed since “everything [Anna] is wearing is new.”
That little bundle was tied to Anna’s bouquet as she walked down the aisle.
We grabbed a few photos outside before heading to the ceremony. It was cold, but Anna had this awesome fuzzy jacket.

Classic dad move–checking that watch
Greg’s dad, Scott, was also his best man. He gave a fantastic speech which included a line that went something like “I’m honored to be your best man, but I’m more honored and proud to be your father.” *tear*
First dance
They both got that 1/2 cupcake in, clean
I love this. During the last dance, the guests were moving outside while Anna and Greg were sharing a few last moments together on the dance floor.
Then, a sparkler exit into the getaway car.
