Jessica and Ryan’s Wedding at the William Penn Omni Hotel
Last weekend was the big kickoff to the nonstop wedding scene for Randi Voss Photography. First up, a great wedding! Though it was only a week ago that I took their engagement photos, on Friday it was time to celebrate Jessica and Ryan’s marriage.
Jess and Ryan were married on Friday, April 29, 2011 at the Omni William Penn Hotel in Downtown Pittsburgh. With the Royal Wedding also happening on Friday, the media was flooded with images of the marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton. Jess and Ryan chose a slightly smaller, intimate ceremony with their closest family and friends. Ryan(photographer) and I were happy to join them for their beautiful wedding.
Ryan(photographer) started his day with Ryan(groom). Ryan party!

I spent my morning with Jessica.
Beautiful! She is worth the wait.
For their first look, they met on the balcony outside of their ceremony room at the Omni William Penn Hotel.
Eat your hearts out, Kate and Wills.
Jessica’s absolutely spectacular bouquet by Whiteman’s Flowers. It was heavy, gorgeous, and just what she wanted!

Newlywed smiles.
So many people worked so hard to make this wedding reception so beautiful and elegant including Jess’ mom, Liz. Whiteman’s Flowers provided the beautiful flowers you see her and all throughout the ceremony. The fine stationary, invitations, and menu cards by Nota Bene. Wedding cake by Fenoglietto’s Bakery and reception music by Pianist Lou Schreiber. And of course great service and wonderful meals by the staff at the Omni William Penn Hotel.
Towards the end of the night, we went outside for a few more romantic photos.
Thanks to photo-Ryan, my Voice Operated Light Stand (VOLS).
Congratulations, Jessica and Ryan. We hope you’re having a fantastic honeymoon!

What a wedding! My most favorite of my favorites are the first look photos, especially those where you incorporated that amazing ceiling. And, as always, the “just married” photo is fabulous – so joyful.
