Jamie and Mark’s Wedding at the Lexus Club at PNC Park

Jamie and Mark were happy during their entire wedding day. An excellent feat since their wedding day was longer than most due to an early ceremony at  beautiful, highly coveted Heinz Chapel. The rules of the sanctuary have been relaxed this year, making some photos possible that haven’t been permitted in previous weddings. We had ample time for photos on the lawn at Heinz Chapel and at Mellon Institute, a place where Jamie spent many hours working inside the building.

The wedding reception was held at the Lexus Club at PNC Park which meant that we had an opportunity to take photos on the warning track and in the dugout at PNC Park. It was such a cool experience to be in an empty PNC Park, just hanging out in the dugout, taking some photos with the city of Pittsburgh in the background.

Once the reception began, Mark Zini from Zini Productions kept the guests dancing with a full dance floor all night. A highlight for me was an awesome rendition of the baseball-themed “Paradise by the Dashboard Light” performed by Jamie, Mark, and the bridal party (See the best man “sleeping on it”?). Like little kids at the end of the wedding, Jamie and Mark were exhausted and ready to sleep but unwilling to call it an early night and pull themselves away from any fun that they might miss. I think they enjoyed every minute of their wedding day.

Special thanks to Nicki and Sean who provided lots of energy, great images, and good company all day. And to Ryan too, who kept the reception crowd entertained in ShotBox all night. Check back in on Friday to see photos from ShotBox!

Congratulations, Jamie and Mark!!
