Gretchen and Andrew’s Engagement Photos at Point State Park

Gretchen and I met nine years ago when she was working at my favorite Pittsburgh wedding venue, The Heinz History Center. Though she wasn’t dating anyone at that time, she told me that I would be her wedding photographer. She made a point to repeat herself over the years, and while sometimes the stars don’t align for such a promise, they have this time and I’m delighted.

Gretchen and Andrew met while working as actors. This photo shoot was wonderful. I don’t want to say it was wonderful because they were actors, but because they were so genuinely happy and gracious. They’re probably great actors too! I’m so excited to photograph their wedding this fall.
