On Saturday, I had the extreme pleasure of photographing Courtney and Jeff’s Wedding. I met Courtney, Jeff, and Courtney’s Parents last summer for an interview, when Courtney and Jeff were visiting from their home in Chicago. I loved them right away and was thrilled when they asked me to be their wedding photographer for their wedding at The Club at Nevillewood. Though this was my first time meeting Courtney, I had met her sister, Megan, when we were both working at Burt Hill. “Being that she’s my sister, I really want Court to have the best on her wedding day, I couldn’t feel more confident that she’ll be getting it!” …

Laura and Don’s Engagement Session
Last week I traveled to Smock, Pennsylvania (near Uniontown) for Laura and Don’s engagement photography session. Laura was a co-worker and friend of mine when I was working as an engineer. She is a wonderful landscape architect and her fiance, Don, is an elementary school teacher. These photos were taken on their beautiful property on a sun drenched evening. For real, this is where they live! Laura’s favorite purple flower is on the left hand side of the photo in the middleground. We took this photo in the shade of a nearby barn. So romantic! Strip District Engagement Photographs – Jessi and Benjamin
Last weekend, I met with Jesse and Benjamin for their engagement photo session in the Strip District. We had a great time! Here are some favorites from the shoot (a lot of favorites since I love shooting here). Our first stop was on this rock. Jessi and Benjamin are naturally adorable. Jessi’s fab shoes Everyone looks good in this pose. They are no exception. He is so lucky to have her. Jessi and Benjamin have a special scrunchy face to say “I love you” without words. Harter Family Portraits
This evening I had the pleasure of taking some fun family portraits for the Harter Family – Dave, Kelly, Lauren, and Josh. Here are some of my favorite photos from today! While Lauren and Josh were waiting for Dave and Kelly to change, we went outside and made Another photo in the beautiful lighting. Kelly and Drew are married!
I spent the day with Kelly, Drew, and their wonderful friends and family. Here are some of my favorite shots from today. Kelly and Drew met before their wedding so we had about two and a half hours to travel around Richmond, Virginia for these shots and relax before that walk down the aisle. It was a hot day so we spent some time in the beautiful train station in Richmond, Virginia. There was lots of great lighting in the station, but we weren’t allowed on the platform.
