Casey and Jonas’s Wedding at the Grand Ballroom at The Omni William Penn
Casey and Jonas love being in the city even though their relationship began in the mountains of West Virginia. Casey and Jonas met when they were in college at the same time at West Virginia University and enjoy spending time in both city and country. I came to know them when Nicki and I photographed Casey’s sister Sara’s wedding last year in June.
Last weekend their wedding was held at St John Capistran Catholic Church followed by an amazing reception in the Grand Ballroom of the Omni William Penn Hotel in Downtown Pittsburgh. The ballroom looked incredible filled with fantastic details from Allison McGeary Creative. DJ Bob Hartnett of All Pro USA had the dance floor filled all night. Appropriately, the last song of the night was John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads” to celebrate their time West Virginia University where their relationship began.
Nicki and I feel truly honored to be invited back to photograph another wedding day with this great family.

Now that is one big, packed dance floor! And one very happy couple. I love Casey’s dress and I love the way these two only have eyes for each other on the dance floor. Beautiful!

Randi,
Both of my girls (the brides)loved you and Nicki as their photographers. You so captured the happiness and beauty at both of my daughters’ weddings. This of course may reflect on the fact that my daughters and new son-in-laws all loved your personality and creativity from the first time they’d met you. Thank you for no longer being an engineer. ha! You do great work!

Randi, it’s been over 3 weeks since we’ve gotten married and I look at these at least once (usually more) a day. You captured everything and we are so appreciative of that!
