Sarah and Matt’s Wedding at Longue Vue Club

Wedding days are full of surprises. What will the bride’s dress look like? How will the groom react when he sees her for the first time? What song will they dance to for their first dance? Sarah and Matt’s wedding had more surprises than most.

The first surprises were during their wedding gift exchange. Matt gifted Sarah a hand drawn artist’s rendering of her childhood home and Sarah gave a custom made Scrabble board detailing Matt’s best attributes. Sarah and Matt exchanged vows in a Catholic wedding ceremony at St Paul’s Cathedral in Pittsburgh where they had the exciting surprise of seeing each other for the first time. Sarah and her bridesmaids looked beautiful with hair and makeup by Justine and Carly.

When it was time for the wedding reception at Longue Vue Club, Sarah and Matt’s wedding guests were the ones being surprised with entertainment by Cityscape and fancy donut station by Bella Christie. Sarah surprised Matt twice more at the reception with a groom’s cake covered in copies of love letters they had shared during their relationship and later she changed into a sparky party dress.
