Jess met James a few years ago when she was studying abroad in London. James was planning to study abroad in America the following semester and had already told his family he was bound for the USA. After meeting Jess, plans changed slightly and he headed for college in Pennsylvania instead of his original plan to go to Oregon. Shannon and Derek are high school sweethearts who have been dating for nearly a decade. When we met for engagement photos last summer, the wedding seemed so far away. They’ve been together for nearly a third of their lives and finally decided it was time to make it official at their wedding on Saturday. Shannon and her bridesmaids got ready at her parents’ home. Jennifer and Brad’s Engagement Shoot in Pittsburgh’s Strip District
Jennifer and Brad started their relationship as really good friends. When they realized that they were interested in dating each other, they were hesitant to date and possibly upset their amazing friendship. Luckily for both of them, things worked out and they’re engaged to be married. Congratulations, Jennifer and Brad! We met this week for their engagement shoot. After being chased out by some rain (eek, thunderstorms) earlier this year, we finally had their shoot in the Strip District on a weekday afternoon. Enjoy!

Ashley and Cory’s Wedding at the Barn at Fallingwater
Ashley and Cory have been waiting a long time for their wedding day. It’s been 11 years since they started dating (since they were high school sweethearts I doubt that they were seriously thinking about their wedding when they were teenagers). Their families have been waiting too. Last weekend they exchanged vows in a beautiful ceremony at the The Barn at Fallingwater that was definitely worth waiting for. Anna and Nick’s Wedding at the Carnegie Music Hall Foyer
It’s been a busy week for Anna and Nick. Tons of cool stuff has happened to them since we met for our engagement photo shoot together: -Anna and Nick are both graduating next weekend with Master’s Degrees from Carnegie Mellon University -They just found out they’re moving to Richmond, Virginia for Nick’s MD/PhD program in the fall and Anna’s new job – And they planned an entire wedding!
