Last Saturday was September 10, 2011 — more affectionately known in the wedding world in which I live as 9.10.11. Ashley and Cory’s Wedding at the Barn at Fallingwater
Ashley and Cory have been waiting a long time for their wedding day. It’s been 11 years since they started dating (since they were high school sweethearts I doubt that they were seriously thinking about their wedding when they were teenagers). Their families have been waiting too. Last weekend they exchanged vows in a beautiful ceremony at the The Barn at Fallingwater that was definitely worth waiting for. Alison and Josh’s Wedding in Mill Run, Pennsylvania
Alison and Josh were married last Saturday at Grandma’s Gift in Mill Run, Pennsylvania. Inviting their 40 closest friend and family, they celebrated their nuptials with an outdoor ceremony, a fantastic dinner, and a bonfire. They chose to see each other before the ceremony with a “First Look.” They really wanted to attend their cocktail hour, so taking many photos before the ceremony allowed them more time for snacking and socializing……two things that I love to do too. This place was insanely beautiful. They were really happy to be getting married. We went to take some photos by this fence, but the pony was stealing the show. A little laugh…

Jennifer and Alex’s Wedding at the Barn at Fallingwater!
Jennifer and Alex were married at the Barn at Fallingwater on Saturday, June 12, 2010. They planned for an outdoor ceremony to begin at 4pm. The weather forecast for the day was uncertain, and at 3:30pm, they made the decision for an outdoor ceremony. I’m so glad that they did because it was beautiful! Even though the “game time” decision was stressful for them, an outdoor wedding was definitely part of their wedding day vision. Jenn and her bridesmaids sneak off to the ceremony.
