Garden on the Roof
I used to live a different life. Now I love being a wedding photographer in Pittsburgh. In that other life, I was working as an engineer for an architecture firm. There, I made some great friends who have since moved on (as I have) and started their own company. Origin4Design is a women-owned Landscape Architecture and Laser Scanning firm run by two of my great friends, Rebecca and Laura. Earlier this month, they asked me to photograph the roof garden of the Heinz 57 Center in downtown Pittsburgh. On Saturday, I had the pleasure of shooting Trisha and Eric’s Wedding at South Hills Country Club. This was not a wedding I had booked myself, but one I where was working as the second shooter for the lovely and talented Christina Montemurro. Oh I’m still feeling happy after Lisa and Mike’s wedding on Friday evening wedding at Water’s Edge at the Pittsburgh Zoo! I was surprised last year when Lisa, the maid of honor in Amy and Jay’s Wedding told me that day that I would be her wedding photographer. Briana and Tim’s Engagement Photos on a Farm
When I met Briana and Tim for an interview last December, I fell instantly in love with them. They love being outdoors and they (especially Briana) LOVE photography.
