Alison and Paul’s Maine Wedding
I just got back from a great trip to New England for Alison and Paul’s wedding. This past winter, Alison emailed me about photographing a wedding reception this October at the Heinz History Center. She told me that she and Paul were having a small destination wedding in Maine at the end of September and a larger reception in Pennsylvania. We talked and decided it would be best for me to travel with them to Maine (yay) and make one spectacular wedding album. Alison and Paul chose to wed at The Peace With Inn, a beautiful bed and breakfast in Freyburg, Maine (near North Conway, New Hampshire). Alison and Paul…

Steve and Tina’s Wedding Reception, Pennsylvania Style!
I got an email back in July from Steve and Tina. The email contained a link to their blog, “Steve and Tina Tie the Knot.” After watching the video, I knew they were going to be so much fun, and I was right. Steve and Tina had their wedding in Colorado at the beginning of September with a small gathering of family and friends. This past Saturday, they took time to celebrate with their Pennsylvania brethren at Tara-A Country Inn. Here they are coming into their wedding reception. Tina greets Steve’s grandfather before sitting down to their lovely meal. Tina and Steve shared a slideshow presentation filled with images from…

Laura and Mark’s Awesome Wedding
Hi! On Friday, one of my best friends, Laura, got married! She married a lovely man named Mark whom she met on a blind date set up by some Administrators at work. Mark and Laura both work at the University of Pittsburgh. Mark works with Pitt Womens’ Basketball and Laura is a Clinical Instructor and Aerobics Coordinator working on her PhD. They were both nervous about going on a blind date, but obviously, things worked out. Also, the matchmakers were both able to come to the wedding! You, blog readers, might remember them from their engagement session. I have known Laura since we were 13 and in middle school. She…

Danielle and Tom get married!
Hi! I had a great day at Danielle and Tom’s wedding. I started the morning at Danielle’s parents home in Coraopolis. Danielle’s shoes, which she called “kicks.” What a cool bride. Danielle was so calm AND had an awesome manicure. She was very excited about her bracelet (the flower girl had a similar bracelet too). They had a lovely ceremony at Duquesne University where Danielle went to college. We took some photos on the campus afterwards. For me, all weddings are exciting and fun. On this day, I resorted to trespassing (last time at Sara and Nigel’s wedding) AND destruction of private property (kidding of course) but I did take…
